Sporadic – heavily weighted during the opening and closing of the club and reduced during the summer

 Job Description and Key Responsibilities

(Note individual(s) will have extensive training as well as the resources of the club board, volunteers and duty host staff to complete the following):

  • Oversee/lead (with assistance of volunteers and duty hosts) the opening, ongoing maintenance/cleanliness and closing of the 5 har-tru courts, mini court, clubhouse and grounds

  •  Make the decisions to open and close the courts due to inclement weather and completing work after rain to open asap.

  •  Ensure the court water system/cells are maintained at the appropriate levels

  •  Purchase and maintain all supplies and equipment required for club operations

  •  The key contact/liaison with all agencies/suppliers
