Do you have an old racquet you don’t use? Have your kids outgrown their Junior racquets? Are you planning to get a new racquet this season and are unsure what to do with your old one? Can’t bear to throw them away? Do you have a tennis bag and racquet cover you don’t use? We’ll take them!
Donate your racquets to St. Georges, and we will find a home for them. Roger reviews the collection to identify which will stay with St. George’s. Here’s how it will work…
Tennis Nova Scotia’s tennis and learn to play program is looking for Junior racquets, and some will go there; some will stay with us.
Adult beginners usually purchase a racquet when they are ready to commit, but we would love to provide racquets for those in need or deserving a racket upgrade.
We are working on redoing the display wall upstairs, so racquets considered “vintage” will find a home there.
There are plenty of national and international organizations looking for racquets. The remainder will go to a great cause.
Finally, tennis bags and covers go a long way to making a player feel like a pro: we’ll take those as well.
