St. George's Open / Class 'A' - TNS Advisory

Tennis Nova Scotia has advised…

...that due to the large number of participants for this weekend’s St. George’s Open and Class ‘A’ tournament, and in consideration of Provincial restrictions in place on the size of gatherings, ONLY TOURNAMENT PLAYERS, volunteers and authorized personnel will be allowed on the grounds during the tournament. TNS has asked all players to not arrive more than 15 minutes before their scheduled match time.

The tournament begins at 3pm Friday, August 7 and will likely run into Sunday evening (August 9).

St. George’s Tennis Club would like to remind players and volunteers there is limited parking on St. George’s Lane. Please familiarize yourself with the “No Parking” signs as you exit your vehicle. Due to the limited parking, police parking enforcement is very active on the Lane.

There is parking on side streets off Portland Street and Pleasant Street, which are a short walk to the club. These parking spots are highly recommended.
