NOTE: The open category is for players very skilled, whereas the 2.0 category is for beginner level players. If unsure of what category you fit into, speak with one of the committee members or leave your name and number with the duty host and one of the committee members will contact you to discuss and determine where you best fit. The tournament committee will review entries and may adjust categories based on comparable skill level.
Friday and Saturday schedule will be posted on the website and at the club by Thursday noon latest. Check for your times on the website or call the club Thursday night.
Requests for schedule adjustments: We ask that all players respect that we cannot accommodate specific time requests. That said, if you have a serious conflict, you must indicate this to the tournament scheduler (Donnie Ehler), at the time of registration so it can be noted and considered.
Each player is responsible for checking the website or calling the club to check on when they play and be present when their match is called.
All matches, with the exception of consolation rounds will be best 2 out of 3 sets with a 10-point ( by a 2 point margin) super tie-breaker to be played for the third set. Full-Ad scoring.
Note tournament committee may alter scoring formats due to time constraints.
If scheduling time permits there will be one consolation match for first round losers and will be 8 game pro-sets (first to win 8 games, 7 point tie-break if tied at 7-7).
If there are any on court disputes/issue’s player(s) are to contact the on-site tournament committee member immediately. If deemed appropriate and available a referee may be assigned to match.
